2010 marks the 35th Anniversary of Bendigo Taekwondo as a branch of the Melbourne Taekwondo Centre!

Bendigo Taekwondo opened it's doors in 1973 under then instructor Mr Wayne Swanton. Current Head Instructor, Mr David Atkinson, was one of the founding members. When Wayne retired from Taekwondo to concentrate on Judo, the club became a branch of Melbourne Taekwondo Centre under Grand Master Jack Rozinszky.

The Bendigo branch is also the longest continuously running venue of all of the Melbourne Taekwondo Centre venues!

Since opening, the Bendigo venue has had much success in Technical Sport Taekwondo, having multiple State, National & International Champions.
