MTC won a total of 28 Gold, 25 Silver & 33 Bronze medals at the 2008 National Championships & Australia Open.

Carmen marton won her first fight at the Olympic Games 2-0 against Ecuador and advanced to the Quarter Finals.

Unfortunately, Carmen lost her Quarter Final fight against Brazil 2-5.
